Fragrance
What’s the difference between parfum and Eau de parfum?
Parfum contains a higher percentage of fragrance oils—up to 40%—while eau de parfum typically contains 15%—20%. Eau de toilette is one of the lowest, at 5% (we do not offer this option).
Why aren’t all your fragrances parfum?
fragrances are made up of unique fragrance oil blends. Some are more intense than others and can sometimes be harmful to the skin if too much is applied. Therefore, we adhere strictly to IFRA and its guidelines to ensure all of our fragrances are safe for you, so if one of the oils in a blend has a safety percentage of 18.9%, then it will qualify as an EDP (Eau de parfum)
Why do you offer spray and roller options?
It’s a personal preference. Some like sprays more than others, and some prefer rollers. Both deliver the same intensity of fragrance.

What’s in your Soothing Hand & Body Lotion?
Our lotion is made with a gentle, hydrating blend of aloe, shea butter, and lightweight oils that absorb quickly without feeling greasy. It’s clean, soft, and designed for everyday use on all skin types.
Is the lotion scented?
Yes — each lotion is lightly scented. The scent sits close to the skin, offering a soft, comforting finish without overpowering.
Can I use the lotion on sensitive skin?
Our formula is intentionally simple and gentle, but everyone’s skin is different. If you’re sensitive to fragrance or new products, we recommend a small patch test first.
Is the lotion clean and cruelty‑free?
Yes. All evrýs body products are clean, vegan, and cruelty‑free — always.
How much should I use?
A small amount goes a long way. Massage into hands or body as needed for soft, hydrated skin.
Home Reed Diffuser
How long does the diffuser last?
Each diffuser lasts 2–3 months, depending on room size, airflow, and how often you flip the reeds.
How do I use the diffuser?
Place the reeds into the bottle and allow them to absorb the fragrance. Flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks for a refreshed scent throw.
Is the diffuser safe for pets or kids?
Our diffusers are made with clean, phthalate‑free fragrance. Still, we recommend keeping them out of reach of pets and children, and avoiding direct contact with skin or surfaces.
Can I control how strong the scent is?
Yes — use fewer reeds for a softer scent, or all reeds for a stronger throw. Flipping the reeds also boosts intensity.
Do you offer diffuser refills?
Yes! Refills come with new reeds.
Candles
Is it necessary to always cut the wick to ¼”?
Yes. Always cut your wick to ¼”. A wick that is too long will burn too high, creating more smoke and a fire hazard. If you ever notice a mushroom shape to your wick forming while you burn, it is due to a wick being too long.
Can I burn my candle for more than 4 hours at a time?
No. Never burn a candle for more than four hours in one sitting – or leave it unattended. Burning more than fours can lead to carbon build-up, causing erratic flame, smoke, soot, fire hazards, and damage to the candle container. For your safety, never burn your candle for more than four hours.
Why does my wax look bumpy sometimes?
Bumpy wax is common with all-natural soy candle wax. It does not affect the quality of the candle in any way.
If your candle wax tunnels, it could be because you did not burn it long enough to get an even melt over the top.
Room Spray
Is it safe to use on fabrics?
If your room spray mists onto your fabrics, it is safe. If you want to spray directly onto your fabrics, please test a small corner first to ensure safety. Overall, we have found that our room sprays are safe on fabrics.
Will it harm my skin if the mist falls on me?
No. Your skin will be safe if it comes in contact with your room spray. However, evrýs room sprays are not intended to be used as a body fragrance.
How can I get the most robust scent from my room spray?
To get the most robust scent, always shake before spraying. Fragrance oils are dense and will separate from the other liquids, so shaking before each use will ensure the maximum scent for you to enjoy.
Returns
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we do. evrýs does not offer refunds, BUT we do offer in-store credit for completed returns. A completed return is a return that is sent back and received by evrýs, in the same condition you received it.
How long do I have to return the item?
Our completed returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer you a store credit or shipping options for the return.
What do you require for my return?
To be eligible for a return and a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging it was shipped.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping is FREE for all orders $50 and over.
All other orders are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. All purchases are shipped within 2 days after a completed order. We ship with USPS which currently takes anywhere from 2-7 days. Most packages we ship are arriving within 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Hopefully, we will someday. We currently ship to the US, Mexico and Canada
